1 How to import the national ratinglist?

It is possible to import a (national) ratinglist on basis of an Excelfiles. A sample Excel-file is available on my Homepage under http://swiss-manager.at/unload/NationalRatings.xls.

How to do (for Unicode):

• Download the example-excel-File
• Fill your data into the Excel-File (See also sheet "help")
• In Swiss-Manager: Menu-Item "Rating Lists / Import rating lists" ==> Import rating lists
• Select option "UniCode Version"
• Select ratinglist ADDx Additional rating list
• Select the Excel-File
• Enter "Short name (federation)
• Start Import

How to do (for non Unicode):

• Download the example-excel-File
• Fill your data into the Excel-File (See also sheet "help")
• In Swiss-Manager: Menu-Item "Rating Lists / Import rating lists" ==> Import rating lists
• Select ratinglist "NAT national rating list"
• Enter Select the Excel-File
• Optional: Enter "Data validity
• Start Import
